1. General Return Policy

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any personal care, grooming, or hygiene-related item that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Opened or used grooming and personal care products

  • Items returned without original packaging, where applicable

  • Items returned after the applicable return reporting period

  • Products purchased and used contrary to the provided instructions

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the item received, including packaging if applicable

If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

4. Return Approval Requirement

No return will be accepted without prior approval from MANVALOR.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent by us, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by MANVALOR due to an error on our side.

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method where possible.

Please note:

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

  • If your order was paid by Cash on Delivery, MANVALOR may arrange an alternative refund method such as bank transfer or store credit, subject to verification and approval.

7. Refused or Failed Deliveries

If an order is refused at delivery, not accepted, or repeatedly undeliverable due to incorrect customer information, MANVALOR reserves the right to deduct any applicable delivery, return, or handling charges from any refund or credit, where legally permitted.
