Thank you for shopping with MANVALOR. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the United Arab Emirates.

1. Shipping Coverage

At this time, MANVALOR ships within the United Arab Emirates only.

We may expand shipping coverage in the future and update this policy accordingly.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after confirmation, subject to stock availability, payment verification, and order review.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside normal processing hours may be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the UAE is 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • your delivery location

  • courier operations

  • public holidays

  • weather or force majeure events

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery details

4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping fee: AED 20

  • Free shipping: Available on orders of AED 200 or more

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

MANVALOR currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible UAE orders.

Please ensure that:

  • the shipping address is accurate

  • your phone number is active and reachable

  • someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address

MANVALOR reserves the right to limit or disable COD for customers with repeated order refusals, failed deliveries, or suspicious order activity.

6. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, MANVALOR is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier service disruptions

  • inaccurate customer-provided address or contact information

  • customer unavailability at the delivery location

  • weather conditions, public holidays, or force majeure events

  • events beyond our reasonable control

7. Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If a delivery attempt fails because of incorrect delivery details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, MANVALOR may contact you to arrange redelivery where possible.

We reserve the right to:

  • charge additional delivery fees for repeated delivery attempts where applicable

  • refuse future COD orders in cases of repeated order refusal or failed delivery
